my issue is nit really due to covid.. I also asked the department to process my transcript separately and put pass on thesis in the transcript, but don`t know if it works out. btw, I'm a girl lol ;)

One of visa consultants said that the letter of completion would be enough and apply for pgwp with the transcript I have + include the explanation letter, and when the transcript is updated just add it through the web form... But I`m still confused about that, so probably someona had the same issues

there is thesis in the trascript, but it`s not yet graded, even though I have passed and all the reports have been submitted. The Faculty of Graduate Studies claims the "pass" on thesis will appear after final trascripts are released in October.
