Another thing that I don't understand is Scarborough seems one of the offices that hold ceremony most often. Unless they keep inviting more ppl to the test than ppl to the oath.

I called CIC twice, none of the agents tell me any useful information. All they said was waiting for the letter from local office.

same thing happened to me. even with cases of over 24 months, calling MP is more useful than call centre.

We might be guinea pigs, but other guinea pigs from other local offices already got their oath letter. June - Sept 2014 applicants who received email AOR already became Canadian from Montreal and Kitchener. My guess is something wrong with Scarborough office. I don't know if any Scarborough...

i'm glad they are clearing older applications, so those who've been waiting several years can finish waiting.but cic needs to improve their service for sure. Ecas is helpless, call centre is helpless and ATIP is also helpless.

CIC is never consistent. When was your ecas changed to decision made?
