True. But if the applicant has not travelled outside Canada in the eligibility period and has a straightforward case with no complications then its better to apply whenever they seem comfortable. I have seen cases submitted with 1096 days!

Shouldnt the physical presence be more than 1095 ??

Thank you. I have heard conflicting statements where a few are asking to give the actual dates instead of the visa issued dates. This will be applicable when we have not even travelled but have a valid visa etc. So wanted to confirm which was the best way to give.

For H1-B visas Should we specify only the multiple visa entry and exit stamps in passport or specify the actual visa issue and expiry dates. also what about the gap in visa dates when the application was being processed in the back end.

So if we stayed in US under H1-B visa which is a immigrant visa I assume we should add these visa dates along with the original country of birth ?

The questionaire has "In the past 4 years, were you in a country or territory other than Canada for 183 days or more in a row (since the age of 18)?" In my case I moved to Canada in Jul 2019 and 4 years back from now puts in Apr 2019 which again is less than 183 days in US. So I am guessing PCC...

If we have the US PCC from PR application and never traveled, can't we attach the same instead of getting a new PCC again?
