Did you applied under TR to PR IG stream and can you pls provide the timeline of your application ?

In CEC atleast person has Application number , means they can check application processing but for TR to PR seems like nothing is there until you do not have AOR .You submitted application or not I do not think that makes any difference unless you received AOR .

I would recommed to send letters to both offices ( CPC edmonton as well as surrey office).Most of the Temporary resident applications they handle over CPC edmonton .If they transferred file to surrey office still they keep the record and definately they will look on your file or they can send...
