Yes you are right . I think we need to stop thinking about this program as this program getting slower day by day in terms of processing applications , from Last three months they stuck on 12:30 pm .Do not konw how many people applied around 12:30 pm .

No ,I think IRCC will take longer time ( 31 december 2022) to process applications under this stream because of so many NOC’s under the list and they will take time to match responsibilities with NOC code .

No Hardly 1 or 2 people received AOR under this category .Seems like IRCC is not focussing on these applications .
