Usually the agent code is mentioned in the GCMS notes. But it is not necessary that your file will remain with that agent. It may get transferred again after receiving the notes. Please note that we are just assuming that our files are with the same officer because we got the remedical request...

So basically two Nov 14 AORs (@ashokacca & @bc92) got a remed on Oct 3rd and two Nov 04 AORs (@dukenukem and I) got it on Oct 04. Out of the 4 of us, three of us had our eligibility met long ago. Let's see what happens now.

I highly doubt that web forms trigger anything. The information is most probably updated by a junior agent. The file is picked up when it is picked up.

Congrats man! Finally an eligibility met applicant got a remedical request. You should have your PPR soon after you pass the medicals.
