The report is uploaded directly by the medical centre, and there is no placeholder for it in our online profile. Some people send it via a web form and some people don't. It is not required. I will only send it if I don't get an update on my profile next week.

This is something new. I got mine done last year and it has been stamped and signed by just one officer from the passport office. No placeholder for another signature.

Yes, the officer has touched your file and your medicals have been extended. Hopefully, the officer has looked at other things as well apart from your medical exam and finalized your application (nobody can predict the latter). PPR should be close.

I received a mail that there is an update in my account. After login, the pdf letter was in my messages. It is better to keep checking your account on a daily basis because some people claimed to have not received an email.
