There is no easy way. You need to call IRCC via the helpline. Sometimes it takes 20-30 attempts. Alternatively you can reach out to your MP. They can get you the information faster.

Well no fixed times. Some people are getting in 2-3 weeks after eCOPR and some people are waiting months. Not enough datapoints to say that it usually takes x days.

That was my last status. I got PR approval mail one month after eligibility pass. Sometimes security is not started but it happens in background.
