    In BGC, do you have to do anything yourself? As far as I know, you only need to submit a Police Clearance certificate along with your application.

    I applied PR on Dec 1st and got PAL on March 21st too. last time I called they told me only criminality part of BGC is pending. I was told my main VO is Whitehorse and secondary VO is Etobicoke.

    I think OINP is arguably faster because IRCC has more resources on it, whereas RNIP was a pilot program and there are less people working on the files.
