If it helps to know, my SS only appeared after my eligibility was passed/met - just a few days after. So maybe you will find out later if you have to go through SS or not. Eligibility is first recommended passed and then passed/met.

If your security has also passed, it is completely absurd that they are still holding up your application. I would contact a lawyer at this stage. Or at least consult with one.

Thanks @strength2 - yes it seems like some information is whited out under Security. And there is an updated date. Under Notes, it says the file is under process from 6 July. That's the most recent update - so I guess, that is when the SS may have started. Thank you for your helpful comment!
