What option I should select in my case. I have 4years bachelors from India and 2 years pgdm in canada. What will be the highest education I should select for crs score? Bachelors or two or more certificates?

They just mentioned . They have received so many applications like me and please be patient while we r reviewing your file. They also mentioned uci number and application number

Even i applied on June 13th.. File is processing at bangalore embassy waiting for visa . Today i got an acknowledgement letter
