It is strange that you did not get an AIP. Also, that it took 13 days after BVL to get your final decision.

Estimated is 22 weeks. It has gone up from 17 weeks. I have been waiting since early June. I do not think the processing time is accurate at all.

I think you are not aware that there are students who applied in October and after September 15th and still got an AIP.

I do not think you need to do anything. They already have your LOA for winter 2021 intake.

I think it is referring to the fact that the scheduled breaks should not be counted in the number of months. So 16 months not counting winter and summer breaks.

A BVL (biometrics validation letter) after an AIP and passed medicals is a very good sign for approval. BVL without AIP/medical passed is a bad sign. Either way, you should get your final decision within 24 hrs of receiving BVL (unless your DLI is not on the list, I think). I really hope you are...

I believe there is not a single approval from there yet. Mine is being processed there :(
