Yes, as swprox answered, I printed out the blank receipt, filled in all the info and scanned it back. I then had the scanned copy of the receipt sent through CSE and got an email notification from CIC that my documents sent (receipt) has been received and attached to my application. Cheers...

Yeah, I am not sure though that should we still expect the $100 receipt or will CIC go for direct approval. From the posts here, it doesn't seem that a lot of people got that acknowledgement email. I could be wrong.

I didn't get Greenshield and my UHIP is expiring today. But I do have my employer insurance so I am not that worried for now. After PGWP, I plan to renew my Alberta province's health insurance. I did get an email from Greenshield once; their Continuum plan is something to consider.

Nope. I applied on May 15th, still no request for $100. However, my buddy who applied on May 10 got his request yesterday.

One more question. When you say "pay through CSE", you mean to pay through their payment portal and upload the receipt through Case Specific Enquiry (CSE)? Hold on, I think I am going paranoid now. Hahahahaha :'(
