Was thinking about this. Not sure if they will honour oaths scheduled already or not, and if the oaths do happen, what of the citizenship certificates.

Thanks, missed that. This is not great, not sure what happens to oaths already scheduled, as well as when time comes to apply for new passports. Not to mention applications being processed right now.

depending on when your oath is scheduled, you're likely going to have to come back to do that, and should be within a year based on your timeline

No, IRCC does not let you choose the type of oath ceremony, and rather assigns it (not sure based on what). Some people get invited to in-person ceremonies so you might get lucky.

I don't believe changing address using a webform will delay anything. There have been posts about how they ask you to confirm address during the oath, as address change requested using webforms did not get registered.

For people above saying they've had LPP complete for a while: Have you tried emailing your processing office's oath ceremony team to ask for an oath date/update?

Time for oath will be specific to you, but duration could be 90-120 mins
