I applied under BCPNP based CEC on Nov 30, 2021. Had I known the CEC will be dropping to 75, I would have waited as the PNP based applications may take longer time than CEC

The requirements for any translated docs are the same for IRCC as mentioned above. PCC isn’t an exception

Well, there’s a question that have you ever applied to come to canada? If you have answered no to that question then it maybe a misrepresentation. If I were u I would have generated webform to update correct answer to that question

More important is: did u mention on later application about ur first application (I assume u applied for SP first and PR later)?

Hi @legalfalcon. The processing time for post nominations requests is also 3 months. I have through that and they took more than 2 months to process it. My case was rejected due to submission of wrong ECA and I had to creat new EE profile and only wanted to get my BCPNP linked with new profile.

U can apply for PNP nomination extension within 6 months. If u read the post nomination guide urself, u will find answers to almost all of ur questions
