In tat case security will take time to complete but there’s no sense in not starting the security at all because one has extensive travel history

    Expired language tests

Endorsed. IRCC is not going to make exceptions. By withdrawing, the fee will be refunded and also it will make more sense that it was an oversight.

Toy don’t have to but you should. Choice is yours.

    Expired language tests

Yes, it will be either rejected or refused depending upon which stage they check your IELTS online. The next time you apply you will need to explain that it was an oversight while submitting the application in hurry.

Timeline Updates starting from 3rd May 2021 (for the 1,500, fast tracked first stage HCCP/HSWP work permits). Just HSWP & HCCP PLS

I think the policy is about the whole backlog in general which means they will complete the first 1500 applications (which will definitely have some from 2019 and rest from early 2020).

    Expired language tests

The way you are showing anxiety does not make sense if it was an honest mistake. Did you put correct date of the test taken and result announced in your profile? What does your letter say?

Inland PNP applicants - No movement in application.

Yes, that makes more sense. 2020 applicants are being dumped in the name of COVID but 2021 applications are processed at much faster speed to show IRCC is performing efficiently. Tbh, it’s good if IRCC is processing applications faster but there must be a rationale. Clear the backlog first and...

    Expired language tests

Was your case refused or rejected? For expired test result it would have been simply rejected and fee refunded. Generally speaking it shouldn’t be an issue when you apply again unless you were found misrepresenting anything in your application. In either case you will need to explain it in...

This is not frustrating. This is gross injustice. I had to go through PNP, pay pnp fee, applied in Nov though I already had qualified CEC but my points were not sufficient at that time. And now, I am stuck at security and ppl who applied 3 months after me are getting PRs.

Inland PNP applicants - No movement in application.

If this is true then IRCC’s system seems fu...ed up. We have been seeing jan/Feb 2021 AORs getting COPRs. I just received my notes and there’s no movement for past 2 months. Security still not initiated. I am Nov 29 Aor PNP based CEC/inland. Really frustrating.

Inland PNP applicants - No movement in application.

CEC average time before COVID was 8 months and they are now getting it in 2-4 months. So you can either expect nothing or everything from IRCC
