hi Druce, I don't think you need them certified. I also had mine (All from SA and Lesotho) not certified and it went well. Congrats for the success so far.

in my case, we received three separate emails for the three of us. Mine, my wife's and that of my son. each one with an attached MR to take to the clinic.

JoJoK applied on the 9th April, They got XEP # today.

Looking at my timeline, it took almost 2 months from the days the file was submitted to get the Money order to be cleared. so for April count approximately 2 months.
