I believe to cancel a representive you should fill in parts: A, C and D of this form: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5476E.PDF and fax it to Ankara Visa Office at (90-312) 409-2714. Good luck and keep us posted.

If you feel you a ligitimate complaint, whether they are paralegals or lawyers, tell them that you are going to complaint to the "Law Society of Upper Canada" Paralegals are licensed under LSUC as well). At this step (before filing any complaint) they usually try to make amends and work it out...

I hope that too ... but I think it really depends on the VO that they send the application to. As it shows on CIC website, every VO has its own processing time. Did your friend apply through Ankara? or somewhere else? I pray that it would be a smooth ride for all of us :)

Hi whizbee ... it means Acknowlegement Of Receipt. When you file your application with CIC, they will mail/email you the AOR. HTH. :)

Hi missmini, I tried all those numbers, but they did not work in ecas. The number that is issued, is not the same as PR card and Citizenship Card numbers. I think you gotta wait till you get your AOR and voila. After a few days now I can see more information on my ecas, like "Medical Received"...
