Has anyone emailed CCRTIS-SCICTR@rcmp-grc.gc.ca and received a response even an automated acknowledgment of your request?

did you end up getting a response at all? I emailed 6 days ago and no response - they dont have their phone lines open either. So frustrating.

Why would it be shorter to process a third-party FP when they would have to submit it to RCMP for processing? I think its all just random... thank goodness they don't throw applications out over FP being late... 4 weeks and still waiting on FP to be received/updated

Just adding myself to this one too - same timeline, same situation. I was thinking it just hasn't been updated in the portal and if they notice it on the IRCC side, they would reach out with something along the lines of "We haven't received your fingerprints" ?

I only just logged in to check before I commented. It was showing 3 GU and the Test had turned green.
