As per post June applicant if you score is equal to 67 or more than, CIO will forward your file to the visa office but VO will review your file. I think your are safe now. Best of luck.

As per your steps visa office calculate points you mentioned at steps-03 but I read in op-06 means cic guideline for post june applicants if your score equal to or grater than pass mark then cio officer sent entire application to the visa office for further processing. If have completed four years Bachelors followed by one year maters it will be count 25 points & three years Bachelors then two years Masters equivalent 17 years full time education will count 25 points. They will not count two master's degree. You can read OP-06 there all rules. Regards.

Sorry for reject from VO. If you want you can appeal because CIO gave to PER by Post June-2011. As per post june rule CIO can reject file for insufficient points.
