The most points for education he will get is 22. As he has his bachelors, 14 years and then a 2 year MBA = 16 years of education. For 25 points he would have required 17 years of education. They don't keep piling up the years of education.
For MBA or MCS the eligibility criteria is 14 years of education. So after the completion of MBA or MCS total years of education is 16 = 22 points
For MS the eligibility criteria are 16 years of education, so after the completion of MS total years of education is 18=25 points.
We have talk to immigration lawyer and he also has the same opinion that visa officer made a mistake because 25 points have been granted to many of his clients for MS degree.
It’s not the matter of pilling up …it’s the matter of total years of education and for 17 or more years they must give 25 points.
