I dont know which province you live in but I live in Manitoba and they extend the health card for 90 days if you have a work permit application in process and your current status expires. Contact your province's health department.

I am not sure if it would. You can even link your application with your account. It will ask you for Use of representative form to cancel your representative.

I got my credential email from Calgary Visa office. I guess they are lazy. Will take a few days or weeks for CoPR i suppose.

How is Calgary visa office doing in terms of issuing CoPR after uploading photos on the PR portal? I have honestly gotten used to this waiting game as I got PR portal after over 6 months of my AOR. I thought it might be the end but i guess IRCC wont let me go off easily :p

2 days since I uploaded my photo and address in the PR portal. No CoPR yet. I guess the wait hasnt ended. Dont be too happy if you get the portal email, IRCC still had some shit left to get into your nerves.

Yes you can. I and my wife did our biometrics at Dubai. You can give your biometrics in any country that you can legally enter and has this service available. It wont affect your application in any way.
