Congratulations! Haven't gotten mine yet but hopefully soon. Some of the March people who got Final decision on the 14th are getting PPRs now. In previous batches some took up to 3 weeks.
Welcome to the club!
Just curious, some of us recently got an update with the medical pass date. In my case it replaced my old last update and the medical date stayed the same, but for others it was +1 date. Did you get anything like that?
I saw some posts in the facebook groups with similar cases. They didn't end up getting it. Can't do anything but wait for another draw and hope for the ITA this time. It seems to be a glitch with either IRCC's system or its tie-breaking rule.
It takes so long to get through their automated system, and then you are put in a long queue with intermittent classical music and obnoxious reminders we do not need, and then at the end of it all the agent is useless and only asks you to wait. The memory is very fresh in my mind - I do not...
So I called IRCC and it turns out my visa office is RROC. When I called in July, they said it was Ottawa. If RROC is doing it by AOR then I'm in for a decent wait still; mine was April 28.
However if you look on the Immitracker website...
I've seen people say you should inform, but it shouldn't be a problem. Maybe emphasize in the webform that this is the same partner you had as dependent CLP on the application and nothing is changing as far as that goes.
Yes, it's not enough for Arrima, right? You can also say if you have dependents that they don't speak French. Or your French is not good enough for handling medical, business, government affairs (like the new law will require I think).
Apparently there is going to be a cabinet reshuffle. Hopefully this doesn't affect processing times...
