Yes. Based on the info shared by Aug 2020 applicants, the approximate timeframe is 50 days for Medicals & BIL.

I faced the same issue and after multiple tries, I figured the issue is due to incorrect PSK. Even if your town/city is listed in the drop down, it might not have a PSK. There is a link on the same portal to locate the PSK. It is not straight-forward too but you should be able to locate it...
