Thank you ! Mine is still showing as "Processing at Consulate General" on BLS. What was your last status (before the application wen down) ? Did BLS call you ?
Nope. Bls didn’t call. My last status update on psk was pcc printed successfully on 29 August 2020 and will get despatched on the applicants address and i could see it till 29th and then i tracked on BLS. It was saying in transit from consulate general to bls. Then yesterday bls website was saying ready to despatch in the morning and it was despatched with airway bill later in the day. Then i tracked it on purolator, it says in transit now and estimated delivery is today.

When it says pcc need to be collected from regional office. Passport office work is done. Then u should start tracking on Bls website because they are one who print them and ship them to your current address with tracking number.
I know but still they do update on PSK.

Still Awaiting to receive my PCC. Deadline to submit PR application 22nd Oct. Timeline so far:

6 Aug: Postal Application received at BLS-brampton
13 Aug: Postal application accepted by BLS. Status changed to Processing at CGI on BLS tracking.
21 Aug: Received email from Passport Admin that 'Police Verification Request has been sent to the Police department'.
28 Aug: Police visited home in India. Took documents and some $$
2 Sep: Policeman said that the process has been completed from their end.

The tracking on PSK website was working till 28th Aug. After that its not showing up the application. I guess everyone has the same issue.

Have raised 2 tickets on PSK website for status and both have been closed with comments: 'Police verification report is awaited for further necessary action'

After typing the grievance, when i submit i get "Operation unsuccessful due to some technical error. Please try again." Not once but all the time. I guess will not submit. For the record, I was trying to raise the grievance under "Portal Related Issues" category -> "Information sought from web site not available" subcategory.

Same place - I clicked on the 2nd bulleted point you mentioned above and was entering my grievance there (under the category/sub-category i had mentioned) until the system inhibited me from submitting.

I selected the category as 'Police Related Issues' and Sub-category as 'PVR' not completed.

I faced the same issue and after multiple tries, I figured the issue is due to incorrect PSK. Even if your town/city is listed in the drop down, it might not have a PSK. There is a link on the same portal to locate the PSK. It is not straight-forward too but you should be able to locate it.

They really make it user friendly by throwing the "Unknown Technical Error" back to the user.
