Did you live in multiple countries or any difficult to screen country? You can try getting a CBSA notes, similar to GCMS, for more information. Alternatively you can proceed legaly with a mandamus.

yes, either our applications where choosen for enhanced security screening or additional verification. It can also be just assigned to some inactive officers. If applications from Nov are getting portal email, I guess is that we are not in the normal processing stream anymore.

I am also from Aug, based on how it looks, our applications fell through the gap in normal processing. We are in the long run. Better to apply for BOWP, just to be safe. I applied for BOWP on 30 Aug 2022 and just got it last week.
