Did you make the CSIS request through an agent? or do you mean you called IRCC agent? I have applied CBSA and GCMS. Currently applying CSIS. Called IRCC and was informed that my application is also in security screening since first week of Feb.

Did the CBSA notes give any info regarding why they are taking long time to process it? Are they currently working on it? or was it last touched many months ago?

It has been 25 days since I did through ATIP portal, and 20 days since I did through the private getgcms page. In another 15 days I will know if either works.

yes, has been 20 days since I applied for it. Hope to get it in another 15 days.

I think days trips to States shouldn't be a problem. I have complex travel history, so was just trying to figure out if that is common point in our profiles causing the delay from CBSA.
