For me, I got my PCC on 28-Jan-2016 from here in Toronto. Then I went India in 1st week of march and returned back here in 3rd week of March 2016. Would I need the PCC now? Based on your last response, looks like I should, but just wanted to be confirmed. Thanks

Hi, I am giving a try to answer your question. As per my knowledge BOWP can be applied only if you have ITA/AOR and your work permit expiring in 1-3 months from now or expired already. I am not sure if you have got AOR for your permanent residency. If you have got then, yes you may apply BOWP.

Hi, In your eAPR, did you submit PCC ? if so, how many month old it was? do CIC accept 1 year old PCC? Another question, in eAPR what all documents you are asked to submit? if possible can you please share details. Just wanted to see if something can be prepared in advance. Thanks for your time

it's because they want to verify directly with WES. you need to submit request in WES to authorize OINP MCIT to verify your report.
