Hi. I'm filling in my eAPR. There are few questions. I'm posting here again because i think the other group with dec eapr is not so active.

1. My brothers is currently in Canada on Study visa. Studying in university of newfoundland. So what should be his country of residence? Asking because its study visa not PR.

2. What is the meaning of relatives in "Have you told us about all yoour relatives?" I have 6 uncle/aunts living in Canada for 30+ years so I have a lot of relatives. How many should I mention? And also, is it for canadian relatives only or should I mention Pakistani relatives too?

3. Once my TRV visit visa to canada was rejected. Should i mention that in "ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?"

4. What do you fill in the period you were jobless and looking for job in the past 10 years?

5. There's no mention of medical or police certificate in the form? Would I get the the request separately after filling in the form?

Kindly help. :)

PS: Feeling quite stupid asking about such basics :/

==> eAPR, isn't is supposed to be after ITA?
1. My brothers is currently in Canada on Study visa. Studying in university of newfoundland. So what should be his country of residence? Asking because its study visa not PR.
==> Yes, country of residence would be Canada
2. What is the meaning of relatives in "Have you told us about all yoour relatives?" I have 6 uncle/aunts living in Canada for 30+ years so I have a lot of relatives. How many should I mention? And also, is it for canadian relatives only or should I mention Pakistani relatives too?
==>Relatives mean blood relation, Brother, Sister, Mother , Father, son , daughter only
3. Once my TRV visit visa to canada was rejected. Should i mention that in "ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?"
==>Yes, you should mention about it. when and why it was rejected
4. What do you fill in the period you were jobless and looking for job in the past 10 years?
==>Not working, trainings , preparation for certifications etc.
5. There's no mention of medical or police certificate in the form? Would I get the the request separately after filling in the form?
==> not sure what kind of eAPR you are filling. For PR, PCC is must. for Work permit visa, PCC is not needed.
Kindly help. :)

Hi All,

I got ITA yesterday and submitting docs now.

My older IELTS score expires in Jan 2017 and new IELTS score in June 2017.

Should I update my IELTS score during the post ITA form submission or keep the older IELTS score as anyway all the details will be locked after eApr ?

I received a Fairness procedural letter today and the office is NK. Here r the salient points:
1. "Thank you for your application to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) under the Ontario Express Entry: French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream received on October 30, 2015." (We ARE NOT French speaking stream and we just went to DE to take IELTS and have sent them an updated score)

2. "The assessment of the information and documentation submitted in support of your
application indicates that some of the above criteria may not have been met.

Specifically:
1. A Canadian Bachelors, Masters or PhD degree or an Educational Credential
Assessment (ECA) report produced by a designated organization indicating that
your foreign education is the equivalent of a Canadian Bachelors, Masters or
PhD degree.
2. A minimum of one year of continuous and full time employment (1, 560 hours or
more) or an equal amount in part-time paid work experience in a NOC O, A, or B
occupation in Canada in the past five years from the date of the PT Notification of
Interest from OINP.
You have 30 calendar days from the date of this letter to provide additional information
or documentation to support that your application satisfies program criteria:" (I never claimed to have any Canadian work experience and as per their instruction I authorised MCC to share my ECA with them and sent OINP the proof of my communication with MCC in January when I was asked to do so)

3. "You have 30 calendar days from the date of this letter to provide additional information
or documentation to support that your application satisfies program criteria:
1. Please submit an Education Credential Assessment directly from a designated
organization.
2. Please provide documentation to confirm your employment, including::
 Copies of employer references from current/previous employers for all
periods of work stated in the application that specify the number of hours
worked per week, duties during the employment period for each position,
your total annual salary plus benefits and any extended periods of leave.
 Copies of bank statements in your name showing payroll deposits from
employers for a period of 12 months.
 Pay stubs from the employers for a period of 12 months.
Should the program not receive additional information within this timeframe, your application will be assessed based on the existing information on file which may lead to the refusal of your application." (WTH! I am assuming this work documents they mean from Canadian work experience which I don't have). This is the ECA from MCC request protocol: "Medical Council of Canada (MCC)
Applicants to the OINP must submit a copy of their MCC ECA report and must grant the MCC authority to share their information with the OINP. To do this, you must go to your physiciansapply.ca account and send an email to the MCC service desk which gives consent for the MCC to share your ECA report with the OINP. Please be sure to enter “Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program” in the subject line of the email."

What should I do? I am going to call today and request to speak with the agent or have a message delivered to him/her other than responding in writing to correct their records. In addition, I will speak with MCC again to see if there has been a problem re. OINP accessing the ECA.

Please shed some light...
