Maybe they think you could unlearn English / French by the time they are done with your application, so need to check it last... Lol

You can raise a webform to ask them to amend your application, but in all likelihood they will send it back and you will just have to resubmit your application.

There aren't that many job postings right now to be honest. So getting more than 50 is not easy. But thanks for the advice. I have emailed employers directly and also via LinkedIn. The success rate is quite low to be honest. I've maybe had one or two who responded.

BC is a bit backwards when it comes to getting by without a PR card. For starters I can't get my service BC card, can only get a temporary health insurance letter, and can't get my driver's license. Maybe I should move to ON...

For a Health Card you need your PR Card, but because of the situation you can phone them and get temporary coverage with COPR. Also, you can't use COPR at ICBC for the knowledge test or driver's license unfortunately. Only the large banks allow you to open an account with a passport and COPR
