Hi All, I've meet the income eligibility for PGP 2019 but have some tax due in NOA and i'm paying the tax in installments.....will if affect my case or do I have to clear all my due taxes before CIC checks my SIN?

CIC clarified on twitter that Bio from visa application is not valid for a PR application....but from this forum it looks like its not the case, i guess it all depends on which country you're applying from.

i had the same issue when i applied for my PR. CIC knows which countries take long time and in those cases they allow people to submit once they can get it. So dont worry and apply once you get the request from CIC.

May 16th file received, i am able to link the file in mycic and its showing AOR.....what will be next steps?

Hi All, In myCIC when searching application, do I need to enter Principal Applicant or Sponsor's details? (Like passport, UCI, DOB etc)

in myCIC, when linking through "Application number and UCI".....do i need to enter UCI of the Sponsor or PA? and all the following details (passport, place of birth etc) in the form will be of those whose UCI is entered in the form?

I check with IRCC on this, the agent told me submit the citizenship certificate via webfrom.....the agent also said they will also know about the change in their system automatically

Does she have a 10 year SuperVisa? If she has then I guess multiple entry is allowed, but can stay 2 years in one time. Travelling to US and coming again to Canada will give her the fresh new two year permit to live here. I guess all you would need is the Insurance for year.
