    September 2023 - Citizenship applicants

Interesting. I did not know you need to upload the back. Just provided the details about where the photo was taken and the date through the questions on the form.

    Citizenship Generic Question

Hmm... a single "." seems way too generic. Can you perhaps elaborate a bit more?

From the sheet, it looks like 3 people already received their AOR, one of them a paper application with AOR that took only 16 days.

For Citizenship application how to scan document

A scanner is generally a better tool for this purpose. You can set the DPI and avoid common quality issues. If you don't have access to one you can go to Staples or some other place. That being said, you can for sure create quality scans using your phone. Just make sure it's not shaky...

GCMS notes without AOR (Application no) or UCI

They charge that much because they bill by the hour. That's the amount of time they expect to spend on the work to get the notes, not an alternative route.

    Is it True

So you were working without a work permit from May to September? Also as others have said, even if you work 168 hours a week (no sleep, no food, just work every single second), you still need a minimum of 1 year (52 complete weeks) of valid work experience to qualify.

    PR card

To my surprise, there was actually someone in another thread who applied for urgent processing for first card. Apparently it is possible. There was a link to some page on cic.gc.ca which did not distinguish between initial or renewal card.

    Call got from 1-888-242-2100

Number that you see is an outgoing Caller ID as defined by the source. It could very well be from Russia or Zimbabwe. Be careful what information you provide and what they are asking for. As another caller mentioned, if they ask for money in any form or shape it is a HUGE red flag.

Work permits that need to be sent along with the application form

This is incorrect. Copy of last work permit is more than enough as maniac2403 said. Also READ THE CHECKLIST!!!!

19th Month and application still says jsut recieved

It's most likely security checks that have taken a long time. If MP said everything has passed then you should get your medical request soon. Have you tried ordering your GCMS?

Anyone landed at Rainbow bridge recently?????

The bridge is still located at the same location. The processes have not changed. The traffic patterns have not changed either. Go early in the morning. Have a quarter with you.

    Lawyer?

If employer doesn't apply for LMIA, then lawyer can not change that. If your PGWP has reached its limit (up to 3 years, depending on duration of studies) then you need to find an employer to support you.

Express Entry Questions regarding Ielts scores???--just guess only?

My guess would be that it might increase, decrease or stay the same. I'm not sure which.

    CEC one year work experience

Canadian Experience Class (CEC), not Foreign Experience Class Working for Canadian Company (FECWCC). The idea is that you've lived here, managed to hold a job and adapt to the culture/environment both professionally and socially.

    Help Needed

How long was the duration of your studies? Are you sure you've maxed out on your PGWP?

    CEC application payment

Do NOT use a credit card to pay your application fee. If anything happens that results in CC company cancelling the card or even temporarily blocking it, your CEC application will be returned to you. Just use a bank draft or money order which is safe and secure.
