Exactly. Seems it depends on processing office, mine was Mississauga and we got only one letter with principal applicants name on it. But letter clearly mentioned to submit passports and photos of any accompanying members i.e. dependents as well. We used that letter to get passports stamped...

They will notify you Mississauga office. I meant to say that we saw cases/timelines discsussed on this forum where Pre-Arrival and PPR request came with difference of more than 1 week. In some cases it PPR came 1 month after Pre-Arrival services letter.

They send an email to principal applicant email address, indicating new message in our GCC account mailbox and we would need to login to GCC account and download it from there. It says "We send a message about your application to your account" ....... No harm in directly checking GCC account...

In my case they came within 3-4 weeks difference , Better you raise a query with CIC on pending medical request. Did you check messages in your GCC account . Also, if your parents have recently completed medicals for any Canadian Visa, they might not ask for re-medicals.

Two weeks after reaching IRCC Delhi, passport has been dispatched , got alert few mins ago. It took almost 15 days after reaching IRCC to get passports processed for visa stamping.

For a recent case it took total 18 calendar days to get passport delivered back home, from the day it was dropped at VFS Pune.
