    I am not 100% sure. But the answer I got from all the people I asked including an immigration lawyer is that our diploma will count as 3 year diploma, for both the CRS points and the PGWP.

    I believe it usually starts after medical or biometric. In my case none of them is required so review of eligibility hasn’t started yet.
