Online applications are processed by the visa office responsible for your country of residence. It is basically just a week or two faster than the timeline posted for visa offices on cic website. Hope this helps.

Yes, I sent them an email attached yung job offer, LMO and employment contract. But I haven' received a confirmation email yet that they have already received it. It took them weeks to reply to my inquiry last time, so I'm not bothered na wala pa confirmation till now. :)

According to Service Canada, average LMO processing in Manitoba is 8 weeks. But mine got approved in just 5 weeks! Maybe I just got lucky? ;) I already submitted my work permit application online on April 28th, another waiting game again. :-X
