    Hindi mo po masusubmit yung application online without the ielts result. You can't proceed unless all documents requested are uploaded accordingly. And you also need the ielts result to determine your points sa language proficiency for Self-Assessment.

    Yes, all skilled workers overseas applicants whether FS or GS are affected. They will stop accepting applications by August 1st. You have to wait till 2015 to submit if you miss the deadline. Sorry.

    You apply a TRV for your 5 year old son as dependent to your work permit, it is a separate application to your wife's SOWP application. They can both stay in Canada for the duration of your work permit when approved. Happy to help.

    I'm not sure how long exactly but I would say not too long, less than a week maybe. All I know is that they got in touch with someone from Service Canada, someone named Ryan, who walked them through the process of setting up their online account.
