It looks like Mississauga's office is working on the backlogs. This week I saw a few reports of peoples saying that they have received the DM on the tracker. My family also got decision made this week. Hope that everybody waiting would hear from them soon. Regards

@Sniperflutt it's standard these days to have a Passport's copy request. I will advise you to send them an email requesting them to acknowledge the receipt of the passport's copy. Keep in mind that it doesn't show up on the tracker. Regards

@namwbysbd there is no timeline! I think it all depends on the agent in charge of your application. Just be patient . I have been waiting for more than 8 months. Regards

@Impresso remember I told you to send an email to your processing office. I know everytime you send an email they quickly look at your file. Happy for you. Regards

It's the same one used for test schedules but I have been lucky when using that email to contact them. Regards
