I was thinking the same. I hope they haven't stopped working on the back logged files all together.

RC9515 is the code for CPC Ottawa. This just means your application was sent there for further processing, I have mine assigned to that office too.

Same thing happened with me, I too am looking for an explanation. @legalfalcon any input on this matter will be appreciated.

Its the same with me. My local MP also just got me the status of my shipment which I could have received through a webform myself. Its pretty clear now that no one can do anything except just wait.

@nousername2020 Thats not good. Hopefully, the ghost update means something good for us finally. Because I am mentally drained and exhausted from this wait. Tried to contact the MP but he also only provided the status of the application and not the actual reason for delay. All options seem...

@nousername2020 what was the status of E, C & S in your last GCMS notes? Any changes in that from the previous GCMS notes? Is your security blank or does it say "not started" specifically?

@nousername2020 It will only be extended if they actually want to work on the FSW inland files but they are not even looking at them so forget about it. My guess is they will work on them only when the COVID is gone. Our applications are duplicates as you know so I am guessing if one of us gets...

That's the reality we need to accept my friend. If you get lucky then amazing but that's what I have been seeing from the trend.

If you are CEC it should not take more than 1-2 month. The highest wait time for remedical i have seen (for CEC) is 3 months. I myself have been waiting for re medical for 5 months now but I am FSW inland

I think everyone who has completed 1 year of waiting should group together and then file the writ of mandamus. This way our writ will have some weight. I am ready to do that but need more people.

No I did not get any update unfortunately. My medical expired on October 7th, 2020. The only recent change I noticed in my profile is that they have stopped showing the progress bar and earlier on the top it used to say "some applications take more time as they are more complex"...yada yada...

Your update made me excited for a moment too @nousername2020 as our applications are almost duplicate. Alas, the wait continues!

@nousername2020 In my GCMS notes (received 1st oct.) it says primary ottawa and secondary cio, but on calling an ircc agent i got to know that most of the processing until now has been done in cio.

@nousername2020 Yes there are. In fact your case and mine are exactly the same. Same AOR, same medical clear date, medical expired just like you and your eligibility, security and criminality are at the same stage as mine. Info sharing is complete for me too. Our cases are almost duplicate.

Just from my observation on this forum and CIO has been notoriously famous for extremely slow processing even before COVID (saw a lot of posts from 2017-18 showing the same frustration for CIO we have today). I know my file is at CIO and until now I have not seen any PPR or COPR issued from CIO...

Hi Everyone, did anyone here got a COPR or PPR from the CIO in Sydney, Nova Scotia? It seems like all the application which have not been touched for a long time are all been worked on from CIO Sydney.
