Yes, pretty close, would be our closest office. So I am not sure if SA/AIP always comes from the local office or if it's just a coincidence ours came from that office.

One thing I noticed is that both SA and AIP came from our local office (Vancouver) not from Mississauga. Not sure if it's a coincidence or not. I wonder if the time variation depends on which office is doing it?

Mine did that for a day before I got the med request and then switched to being correct.

Received April 27 passed medical Oct 3.

When you file it asks if you recently got married or are married and will ask for your partners social insurance number, marriage date etc (at least all the tools I’ve used do). Once you submit that will get updated.

My processing on ECAS started on dec 19th. I had no other change til today when bgc switched to in progress.

MyCIC had an update for me today. It says my background check is in progress (was not applicable before).
