Sometimes they come with an email. However, each time I have gotten a ghost update was without any emails. I log into my account and the status says "application/Profile Updated". On my GCMS, the Primary Office is listed as Centralized Intake Office, Secondary as Ottawa. Where can I expect my CoPR from? I haven't seen anyone getting their from CIO

This is the change that happens when its been 30 days or more since your BIL and you have not completed biometrics. It's normal if it has been 30 days. If you have given biometrics in the last 10 years, it might be the change due to biometrics being waived for some.

You'll see it when the application status changes from "Submitted" to "Processing"

Update: I got Medicals Passed on 16th July 2020. Now waiting for Service Canada to open so I can go give biometrics. Thank you
