The rules You should land within 12 months from medicals! Means you should step in Canada with valid medicals thats why PR visa expiry is same as medicals If outland? Then at least you need 2 weeks for PPR and month for travel arrangement, my guess is if you don't receive PPR by 22OCT Probably...
