What if the applicant has visited Canada in the last 5 years but not the US? Would that qualify them under the CAN+ program as well?

Looks like the February online applications are now getting their updates (BG complete / test invites) - hopefully the March applications should see some progress in the coming weeks!

Hey, not sure if this is the right thread, but here goes: The visa that CIC stamps on our passports along with the CoPR, is that our travel document (PR card substitute till it arrives)?
