    Am not saying IRB wil send letter to IRCC. what am saying is based on the information on refugee board website on the Pending refugee claimant applying for the pathway application. which @Orahman quoted earlier.

    based on the information on Refugee Board website quoted on the tread. i think its the IRB that will send the letter and not IRCC. have you receive such letter from IRCC

    i haven't receive such letter from IRCC. only receive the AOR in February and my application has been in process since March 18th 2021.

    wait am confused here is it total 750 hours or 120 hours between March 13th 2020 to August 14th 2020 plus 750 hours? can someone please explain

    i checked my ECAS now , 3. We started processing your application on March 18, 2021. They send me AOR on February 24, 2021 does that mean they have completed their background check and does it mean i will receive AIP?

    I spoke to a different experience lawyer today, just to hear his opinion. he said I don't have to be worried about the exclusion order because it hasn't been determined yet. That I should just wait for them to decide. hopefully it will be a good news very soon
