I noticed that IRCC doesnt ask peoeple to withdrawal their pending claim or any court proceedings anymore. They just send them the confirmation of permanent residence.

Did you apply through a lawyer? If yes . Try to get intouch with your lawyer maybe they sent him any correspondence. Or you can call ircc to find out.

Did you receive your confirmation of permanent residence email or any correspondence from ircc
