Where have you both applied from? So your friend's date was the 26th? That's good, maybe they're working on post 16th November dates now too.

There's a few tips around the forum about leaving spaces after the name and the passport number etc. Have a little search around for linking your application. Some people who've received AOR today have been able to link straight away, so I couldn't tell you if there's any sort of delay.
