I believe so. The applications do not get sent to the offices until later.

I know not every one has to do this but on average how long will one have to wait to get finger print request or background check to be completed after the receiving the AOR? Of course, no one can be certain but a ball park estimate. Thank you. Good luck to all.

Hello Piotr, thanks for your contribution. In your question the number of people who got VC is listed as 99. I checked the latest edition of Discover Canada and it still says 96. It is on page 41 if you want to check it out. Enjoy your evening.

You should be careful with the updated information. Discover Canada has not been update for a while. Certainly some of the information is outdated, like the ridings. If 338 is not in the multiple choice answers, then I would choose 308. Otherwise, why would you choose wrong answer?

Thank you for your reply. I am a newbie here and did not have time to check all the recent posts about citizenship applications. If they have speeded up the process maybe we will have a 9 month process window. From our mouths to God's ears :)

I did not take the test but took an online course. They told us time management is important and you could be done with the test in 20 min or less if you know the material. Make sure you read the book once or twice.

A friend from took and past the test on April 2021. He said he had to wait 13 months. Sorry, I do not have his complete timeline.
