    As far as I can see from the Excel sheet, paper based applications are going faster than online ones. Most of the paper applications are family applications. I did not see many single applicants go got their BG check completed or invited for the test.

    Did you get up from your chair at any point during the test? Had connection issues more than 1 minute? Did you look at right or left, instead of keeping your eyes on the screen? What happened?

    You can help her with stuff and take the picture for her. Make sure you are not visible to the camera. Also, make sure you update your computer before taking the test, so there are no pop ups during the test. Make sure no other tabs are open and her eyes are on the computer screen at all times. GL.

    Just the opposite. I am quite impatient. However, being anxious about this will not make the IRCC move any faster. They will get to our file when they can. Cross your fingers that all will go smoothly as much as possible for everybody.

    Wait at least 24 hours. Sometimes there are technical issues with the tracker, but they resolve it pretty quickly. Good luck.

    It depends on the person. Discover Canada is a short book, but it is very dry read. Personally, I cannot read more than 10 pages a day. There is a lot of information that you have to digest. So, pace yourself as you have to go through a lot of questions. The more you read Discover Canada the better.
