You have to do the medical. So look up panel physicians and get it done at a different one where you’d feel more comfortable. The medical is non negotiable.

Hell, there are numerous instances on this forum alone, where people get their ITA and then some life changing event happens right after that would affect their points, eligibility, etc, meaning that for WHATEVER reason, they choose not to accept the invitation at that time. Additional question concerning ITA - is it possible to start the application, but "save and exit" prior to the payment of fees? I almost have all the required docs

And we are explaining that it makes zero sense for them to do that, even temporarily. Not when there are other levers they can pull at this time.

If you have no intention of settling in NB, then best to not go via that route with them. If you get PR via Provincial nomination, and it comes time to “land” in Canada, and border officials doubt your sincerity about living in the province of your nomination, they can deny your entry to Canada.
