Hi, My friend got his citizenship one month ago and his minor kids will have their 1095 in 2 months . Could the kids apply for citizenship without their parents because the father got his citizenship and the mother passed away?

Go to a lawyer and ask for mandamus. After all that time you should do that.

Find a lawyer and do mandamus.

Translate all stamps in that passport, officer will not be able to read other languages to determine which was before or after the 5 years.

I have something different, I applied for a new Refugee travel document in July 2021, they sent me the new one but they kept the old one with them at Gatineau. I sent many letters and webforms but did not get any response. I want to apply Soon. What are my options!!
