ok... for all my IPE alumni.. I got my ECA done hesitantly.. and it is recognized as Master's .. if someone from IPE checks here, hope they won't be lost in confusion like me.. Institute of Public Enterprise programs recognized by AICTE are recognized as Masters program by WES.

I am afraid no. the IELTS scorecard hard copy has some other details that you need to enter for creating EE. Can someone else confirm?
